FAQs

How much does it cost?

Coaching engagements are a minimum of six months.

During the first month, if you don't find value, you get a 100% refund. In five years of coaching, I've not had to do this yet. But I will not hesitate if it's ever needed. It's on me if I take on a client who's not a good fit.

After the first month, you can still get a pro-rated refund with reasonable notice. I'm not interested in keeping your money if things don't work out. I do want us to set meaningful goals, and six months is generally the timeframe to achieve that.

For post-Series A companies and bootstrapped companies with 20+ employees:

- $6,000/month ($36,000 for six months). We meet 1-1 for 60 minutes every two weeks, with unlimited ad-hoc access to me between sessions.

For earlier-stage companies:

- $3,500/month ($21,000 for six months). We meet 1-1 for 60 minutes every two weeks, with unlimited ad-hoc access to me between sessions.

Sliding scale:

I reserve a limited number of spots for women and underrepresented founders doing meaningful work. Mention this in your application if you'd like to learn more.

What is the evaluation process like if you’re interested in finding out more?

What the Evaluation Process Looks Like

Step 1: Application

Fill out a short form so I can understand where you are and what you're working on.

Step 2: Intro Session

If it seems like a potential fit, we'll schedule a complimentary 60-minute coaching session. This isn't a sales call. It's a real session. You'll walk away with clarity on your biggest challenge and concrete next steps, whether or not we end up working together.

Step 3: Decide Together

At the end of the session, we'll talk openly about whether coaching makes sense. I'll share what I'm seeing and whether I think I can add value. You'll share whether this felt useful.

I only take on clients when I'm confident we can create real impact together. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll tell you.

If we both want to move forward, I'll send over a proposal and next steps. Most people start within two weeks of their first application.

What I'm Looking For

I'm evaluating a few things during our intro session:

  • Are you coachable? Can you take feedback, be challenged, and show vulnerability?
  • Is there a real challenge I can help with? If I can't add value, it's not a good fit.
  • Will you actually do the work? I'm looking for focus and presence during our session. Not someone who just wants to feel better, but someone willing to change.
  • Is there chemistry? Coaching is a relationship. If we don't build rapport easily, it probably won't work.

A Note on Fit

Not every founder is right for coaching, and not every coach is right for every founder. The evaluation process protects both of us. I'd rather say no upfront than waste our time and your money on something that won't work.

Who is a good fit for Sabrina’s coaching?

  • You're likely a good fit if:
    • You're a CEO, CTO, or cofounder or senior leader at a seed, Series A, B, or C company—or you've bootstrapped to 20+ employees with meaningful revenue
    • You're scaling fast and starting to feel the weight of it
    • You're not satisfied with how you or your team is operating
    • You care about high performance AND treating people well
    • You're open to feedback and want to be challenged
    • You've done some personal development work before (therapy, coaching, leadership training)
    • You're successful on paper but exhausted—and wondering if there's a better way to lead.
    • You feel like you can't quite outrun imposter syndrome
You're probably not a good fit if:
    • You're earlier than seed stage
    • You're looking for quick fixes or someone to hand you a playbook
    • You're not willing to examine your own patterns and blind spots
    • You can't commit to 6+ months of coaching
